If You Need To Contact Us... 

concerning your property, please give the Name of the Owner (Prior Owner if a Recent Purchase),  Location of the Property (911 Address  If Improved), and the Tax Map Number. This information will help us identify your property.
 

Exemption Filing Deadline... 

Applications for exemptions must be postmarked by March 1st. This date is set by the NYS Real Property Tax Law.  The Town has no authority to extend the deadline.   
 
The STAR Exemption Program is closed to NEW applicants and has been replaced with a State Check Program.
STAR PROGRAM

If you have an existing Star Exemption, you can continue to receive it as long as you retain ownership.  Please contact you local assessor if you have questions or to renew your Enhanced Star Exemption.
